Product Concept, Design + Development

I worked with the Creative Director to produce concepts for patio 2016 themes that suited the GlucksteinHome aesthetic. From these pitched concepts, I worked closely with the buyers and manufacturers on product development for patio sets. These sets included new product as well as revising existing sets from previous seasons. Outdoor accessories were developed through the season’s theme. I designed and developed outdoor accessories that would layer onto the patio sets and create a

full patio collection. These patio sets and outdoor accessories were developed for both The Hudson’sBay Company and the Home Outfitters banners.

The cushions were designed to carry over into theother outdoor accessories, including tableware andpool towels. Working closely with the buyers andmanufacturers, the cushions evolved to include threepatterns in two colourways to lower screen printingcost. Cushions were designed to layer into a fullpatio collection. They were sold at the Hudson’s BayCompany in Spring 2016.
