Chair was designed and fabricated during an OCAD Continuing Education course, Chair Design and Fabrication. Through the use of a variety of joints, including angle lap joint, slip joint and through off-set tenon, Chair was fabricated with no nails or screws. Constructed completely out of maple, the darker colouring in the legs were from a unique piece of Maple wood utilized to provide contrast to the piece. Chair was on display in OCAD’s Contours exhibition from March-April 2016.
